Within 48 hours we send a draft outline with one or two options — different routes, lodge combinations, or approaches to incorporating Purpose Days. Each comes with an indicative budget and honest reasoning for every choice.
We work through the details together — pace, lodge sequencing, Purpose Day structure, activity level, and any special moments we can build in. Pricing is finalised. Bookings are confirmed. You receive a full itinerary document.
